Kotpad , June 23 {UDN}: At the Panchayat Samiti, Kotpad, on the fourth day of the "Bikashara Dhara, Odisha Sara" programme, certificates were distributed to beneficiaries of various welfare schemes being implemented by the Government of Odisha.
